You can customize your email templates by accessing the templates section and modifying the emails as needed.
Details: Add your email subject
Logo upload: upload your store logo (optional).
Banner upload: upload an image banner for your email (optional).
Content: Add content for your email.
Action text: Add the text of the action button to your email.
Style: Set your button's background color and the button's text color.

You can quickly enable/disable the Reward points and Vip Tiers functions.
